Born in St. Louis, Missouri, and raised in Vancouver, Washington, Thomas credits his strong work ethic to his hardworking immigrant parents, whose entrepreneurial spirit and perseverance shaped his values early on. From helping out at the family business as a child to excelling in his academic and professional pursuits, Thomas has always embraced responsibility with purpose and integrity.
He studied at the University of Washington in Seattle, where he served on the ASUW Judicial Committee, reinforcing his long-standing interest in law and justice. He furthered his legal education by pursuing a Paralegal Certificate from Edmonds College.
